    GÓMEZ CRUZADO TRAVELS TO THE MIDDLE AGE IN THE HARO'S WINE CARNIVAL

    The cloister of the Hotel Los Agustinos in Haro will host the next 24 and 25 of February a great masked ball that travels, in this edition, to the Middle Ages and the old trades of an era in which the wine was already part of the popular culture. The Wine Carnival pairs wine and show. GÓMEZ CRUZADO, along with thirteen other wineries in the town, will offer their wines and present their wine tourism offer to those who join this party.

    GÓMEZ CRUZADO REVALIDATES THE Q FOR TOURISM QUALITY

    The winery GÓMEZ CRUZADO in the Barrio de la Estación in Haro has revalidated the ‘Q for tourism quality’ certificate, a seal of quality guarantee bestowed upon those products and services in the tourism sector with outstanding quality, reliability and professionalism. This certificate is granted by the Spanish Institute for Quality Tourism (ICTE) in order to promote and ensure the best tourism experiences possible and has been obtained by the winery in the 'Q Night', held in the glass dome of the City of Madrid, in Cibeles, in the framework of FITUR.

    WSET courses with Master of Wine Frank Smulders will be held at Gómez Cruzado in 2017

    The world’s most prestigious wine educational institute for professionals and enthusiasts, Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), will hold various courses - level 1 (beginner), level 2 (intermediate) and level 3 (advanced) - at the Gómez Cruzado winery in Haro's Barrio de la Estación in February and June 2017. Jeni Wilson, director of Vintage Class (Spain’s authorized provider of WSET courses), will coordinate and teach classes. The Dutch Master of Wine Frank Smulders will teach the advanced course in June.

    Wine guide Condé Nast Traveler recommends Gómez Cruzado in selection of Best Wineries to Visit

    The 2017 issue of the WINE GUIDE CONDÉ NAST TRAVELER includes the GÓMEZ CRUZADO winery in Haro’s BARRIO DE LA ESTACIÓN among its recommended wine hot spots to visit. This tour of the best wine culture destinations in Spain has been put together by journalists Federico Oldenburg and Raquel Pardo, and is published in this guide book that represents “a wide open door to wine tourism”, as sommelier Josep Roca explains in the prologue.
