The courses deal with topics of viticulture and oenology, while also covering the world's foremost wine regions, grape varieties, the styles of wine that define different production areas, as well as other matters such as pairing and serving.

Prior to the WSET 3 courses, Jeni Wilson, director of Vintage Class, will impart the Intermediate Level 2 course in Spanish on Friday October 19th and Saturday October 20th; and in English in 2019 on Monday January 21st, Tuesday January 22nd, Wednesday January 23rd.

The Level 2 Intermediate course covers a basic, yet solid, foundation of product knowledge essential to strengthening the skills and competences required for customer service and sales in hospitality, and in the retail and wholesale sectors. This course is also useful for wine lovers who are seeking a basic overview of wine and liquors key topics.

Diego Bonnel will teach WSET Advanced Level 3 in Spanish in 2019 fom Friday January 18th to Tuesday January 22nd. Vintage Class has also arranged for an Advanced Level 3 course to be taught in English by Master of Wine Frank Smulders in June 2019 from Tuesday 11th to Saturday 15th.
